MEDICAL STAFF DUES AND OTHER FEES

Welcome to the Online Payment Webpage for Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals at City of Hope. Please note online payments include an additional fee of $5.00 for processing. Credit cards must have a U.S. address, or the payment will be declined.

Annual Dues:

Respective annual Dues are denoted by the specific Medical Staff category. Please select your category from the drop-down menu to view the amount due.

New Applicants to the Medical Staff:

You are required to pay a $500.00 non-refundable fee upon submission of a completed Medical Staff Application. Please select the New Applicant category from the drop-down menu.

New applicants to the Allied Health Professional Staff are required to pay a $250.00 non-refundable fee upon submission of a completed application.

Visitors/Observers:

A non-refundable $100.00 (one hundred dollar) application processing fee is required for practicing physicians within the U.S.; foreign observers; and COH employees with an interest in pursuing a career as a medical doctor.
